1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, contact us at 📧 support@pulsefly.in or via our website’s chat support. -
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement (see below).
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The product delivered does not match the description on our website.
To be eligible:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

Send photos or videos as proof of damage or defect.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental drops.

Earbuds or wearable accessories once opened (for hygiene reasons).

Items without original packaging, manuals, or missing accessories.

Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable”.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind or mistake, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
